WARRIOR MAMMA CLASSES
We have a selection of Baby-Friendly classes running throughout the weekdays where you can bring baby and work them into your Hatha Yoga Practice or leave them in our playpen and put your Silent Disco headphones on so you’re not distracted. We’ve tried to mix it up so you get to cardio and strength with our daytime Boxanity class; restorative pelvic floor work with Core Restore, body, sculpt and tone with Body Burn and stretch and relax with our Yoga sessions.
