45 minute blend of cardio, strength and functional training to improve fitness and muscular endurance. Alternating between upper body and lower body with high repetitions to keep you burning calories long after you’ve left the session.

60 minute post-natal fitness class. Safe, effective exercise tailored for mums 6 weeks to 12 months post-natal

We deliver tailor-made Baby-Friendly classes running throughout the week.

You can bring baby, post- natal from 6 months to 12 months, and work then into your session or leave them in our playpen so you’re not distracted.

We’ve mixed it up so you get cardio with our Boxer Circuits, restorative pelvic floor work with Core Restore, and sculpt tone and strengthen your total body in our Body Burn™ sessions.
