Our most popular 60 minute class! 1 boxer, 1 pad holder. Three 45 second rounds interspersed with conditioning drills. (You’ll be partnered up at the session, so you don’t have to worry about coming alone!)

60 minute post-natal fitness class. Safe, effective exercise tailored for mums 6 weeks to 12 months post-natal

45 minute blend of cardio, strength and functional training to improve fitness and muscular endurance. Alternating between upper body and lower body with high repetitions to keep you burning calories long after you’ve left the session.

 

Accountability

It‘s one thing to say you‘re going to stick to your training schedule, but it‘s another thing to actually do it.

That‘s why it‘s important to develop a healthy sense of accountability, and there‘s no better way to do so than to team up with other WFL Warriors at our studio. Having reliable workout buddies increases your chances of sticking to your training, and will no doubt help you (and other Warriors) reach your goals faster.

Motivation

Find strength in numbers. When you train with others, you not only support one another but add a bit of healthy competition to the mix, often being the push, you need to keep going. This can reveal that you have more power within yourself than you think. Something that doesn’t always come out when training alone.

Human nature makes us want to spend time with and be around others. And nothing brings people closer than pain, physical suffering, fun and success.

We offer Baby Friendly classes where you can bring your little one along to play and watch you get fit.
