8-Week Bespoke Fitness Programme

A bespoke service where we design and deliver an 8-week fitness programme based on your fitness requirements.

You’ll be given a 60-minute consultation, fitness test and a walkthrough of exercises to set your fitness benchmark. Based on those results, we’ll design your bespoke programme with 4 and 8-week progression targets.

We’ll book another 60-minute session where we’ll walk you through your programme and adaptations will be made.

Your final programme will be then be produced and delivered to you.

You will record your progress each week and your trainer will monitor and check in online or face to face after 4 weeks.

The work is up to you, so your commitment is everything!!
