Our Boxanity™ sessions involve mainly working in pairs – 1 boxer, 1 pad holder – (you’ll be partnered up at the session, so you don’t have worry about coming alone).
You’ll perform 3 – 4 minute combinations using boxing and kickboxing techniques and drills and then swap with your partner.
You’ll quickly improve muscle tone, burn up to 900 calories, increase your fitness levels, build confidence, and relieve stress.
