WARRIOR CORE RESTORE (these sessions are baby friendly)
This 60-minute class has been designed for post pregnancy women but can also benefit older women, and those who are new to exercise.
The class starts with a quick meet and greet, put babies to play in our playpen if they’re coming too – then it’s your time!
We start with 10 Minute warm-up to stretch, release and mobilise joints and to prepare your body for exercise.
Then we move into circuit style functional training incorporating ‘Motherhood Movements’ for strength and conditioning.
CORE RESTORE ELEMENT
This section will focus on core synergy, (your diaphragm, pelvic floor and transverse abdominals) where we’ll work of all of the core including glutes and get all the muscles that have become dysfunctional through pregnancy functioning as pre-pregnancy.
