At 52 years young, Allison is a shining beacon of what dedication to fitness, nutrition and healthy living can do for your own self-image and sense of wellbeing.
Starting as a dancer and trapeze artist in her 20’s, Allison’s journey has taken many turns – she’s worked in corporate communications, given exercise classes and boxed through her 30’s – but it wasn’t until Allison reached the tender age of 43 that she discovered weight training.
This discovery led to her sculpting a physique most women 10 – even 20 – years younger would go green with envy for.
But life hasn’t always been so sweet on Allison; in fact, it’s been cruel. She’s been through a suicide, a divorce, clinical depression, a spell in intensive care – all leading to crippling financial problems that only created further problems.
