Starting young’ doesn’t quite cover Shane’s story. Taught by his pro-bodybuilder brother, he began training at just 15 years old, and hasn’t let his intensity slip since! The knowledge and experience he’s gained over the years lives on in the minds of his clients as they embark on their own physical transformations.
Standing at a towering 6”8, gaining muscle was always a challenge – especially when starting at an incredibly lean 70kg. Despite his genetics, Shane packed 30 kg of muscle on to his frame – it’s safe to say that he knows what hard work can bring to those prepared to do it.
With experience, Shane discovered that heavy lifting is not always the way – instead, he now throws whole body training into his routine in the form of boxing and cross training.
Keep active, listen to your body – these are essential for peak performance. Training with Shane, you’ll learn quickly that you have all the tools you need to achieve anything you set your mind to.
