Vanessa is an artist who originally came to London to study a Fine Art Masters degree. After living in London for a few years began teaching yoga to children.  Whilst always been interested in yoga and alternative health therapies, it was when she started teaching children, she began practicing more regularly and realised she really enjoyed Vinyasa and more high energy yoga.

So with that awakening, Vanessa decided to train with Hot Power Yoga because the style and attitude of the practice suited her.

Vanessa delivers Vinyasa and Power Yoga which is a high intensity work out with emphasis on the breath and awareness in the body.

As well as understanding the relationship between our body and our emotions, for Vanessa, Hot Power Yoga feels like it encompasses all the things that she loves about a yoga and really enjoys sharing this gift with other people.
